  Green tea

  Green tea is made from the Camilla Sinensis tea plant. Green tea leaves are not oxidized to remain their green color and mild tea flavor.

  White tea

  White tea is made from the youngest buds of the Camellia Sinensis. It has a subtle taste with sweet and floral notes. It is high in antioxidants and offers many health benefits.

  Gunpowder

  Gunpowder is a Chinese green tea with a fresh and smoky flavor. The tea leaves are withered, steamed and rolled into tight green balls that open up when steeped.

  Lemongrass

  Lemongrass is a plant from the grass family (Poaceae). It has a fresh lemon and slightly ginger flavor. It is a good source of vitamins and contains many antioxidants.

  Mallow

  Mallow is also known as malva. It is a medicinal herb with soothing and healing properties.

  Horsetail

  Horsetail is a medicinal herb that contains many useful properties and minerals. It has an earthy taste and combines well with herbal teas.

Brewing tips for the perfect tea

There are a few factors that are affecting the taste of your tea. The quality of the water, steeping time, and water temperature. For this organic loose leaf green tea, we recommend using fresh water. You can use both tap water and spring water. However, make sure that your tap water does not contain unwanted flavors such as lime. The boiling temperature of the water depends on what kind of tea you are preparing. You can boil the water at 75 - 80 degrees for this organic green tea.

Let the loose leaves of this organic green tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes to release all the flavors of the herbs.
